Healthwatch England are working with NHS England's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) programme team to support their work.

They're inviting 15-30 people with ADHD to participate in an online workshop running on:

17th September, from 10.30am to 1.30pm

In the workshop, you'll hear from NHS England about the challenges they're hoping to address. You'll also work in small groups, with four to six other people, to complete activities and feedback on plans for a new task force. This will include opportunities to share your own experiences living with ADHD.

If you live in England, are over 18 years old, have ADHD, and can commit to attending the workshop on the 17th September, from 10.30am to 1.30pm, please complete this questionnaire so we can add you to a list of potential invitees.

As they only have a maximum of 30 places, they  may not be able to invite everyone who fills out this questionnaire.

They will let you know whether you'll be invited to participate by the 16th August.

As a thank you for attending and completing the workshop, you will receive a £100 high street e-gift voucher.
