On the 1st August 2024, Natalie and Gemma were thrilled to meet Sunderland Royal Hospital’s Renal Unit to present them with a star award.
The renal unit had been nominated by a patient, with a special mention for Dr R Clark.
Here at Healthwatch Sunderland, we get lots of positive feedback for Sunderland Royal Hospital’s Renal Unit.
After receiving the award the team got in touch and said;
“We are so grateful to receive this award. Dr Clark and the team are truly honoured for the recognition, it just shows that the hard work the team do day in day out for our patients is recognised and rewarded. The certificate will take pride of place on the wall in our main unit”.
