Safer prescribing survey- Valproate and Topiramate
Have your say on how these medicines are prescribed more safely
If you take valproate or topiramate the North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care Board would like to hear your views. They want to understand how these medicines are talked about. They would like to hear from people over the age of 13 who take these medicines or who have thought about taking them.
Please tell them your experience of any conversations you may have had about these medicines if
- you could get pregnant or could get someone pregnant and take valproate or
- you could get pregnant and take topiramate.
You can fill in as much or as little as you like. If you fill it all in, it will take about 15 minutes. They don't ask for your name in the survey - it is anonymous. The survey is open until 28 February, 2025.
