On 13th August 2024, Natalie from our engagement team was delighted to present Physiotherapist Jack Gilmour from Grindon Lane Primary Care Centre one of our Star Awards.
Jack was nominated by a relative of a patient who said;
“Jack is one of the most pleasant, helpful professionals I have ever come across. He always treated my mam with respect and gave her the best possible care. He went above and beyond in helping when we would struggle with trying to get the right help, Jack supported and helped. I will never forget his kindness and help. Wish there were more like him walking the earth!!”
After receiving the award Jack said;
“I am very grateful to receive this award and can't thank the patient's family enough for nominating me. I always try to listen to my patients and help them in any way I can. This award hopefully proves I'm doing just that. It's good to receive recognition for the hard work we put in as healthcare professionals”
