National Use of Patient and Carer Experience Data (NUPACED) Collaborative
Are you an NHS Trust or Private Provider that provides mental health, learning disability, autism or neuro services?
Neuro services means support with how your brain works including brain injury or disease.
Do you have experience of using these services? Or have you supported someone to use these services?
Sunderland People First would like to welcome you to their first Learn & Share Together event. This meeting is about how they can learn from national research about how we listen to and respond to feedback. They will look at how we can all work together to listen, learn and make changes happen for everyone.
When is this meeting being held?
Tuesday 18th May 1 – 3.30 pm, and will be held on Microsoft Teams
Self-advocates from Sunderland People First will co-host this event, helping to make sure that people with a learning disability, autistic people and families are at the centre of all conversations.
- Professor Scott Weich will be talking about national research findings and how Mental Health Trusts need to get better at listening and responding to feedback. The National study was called EURIPIDES and you can find out more from this video
