The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is an equal partnership between Local Government and the NHS, which aims to join-up how health and care is supported across the region. Our region is the North East and North Cumbria. In addition to Local Government and the NHS, the North East and North Cumbria ICP will bring together a range of organisations, including Voluntary, Community Sector Organisations (VCSOs), and other independent organisations to work together to improve the health and wellbeing of people who live in the region.

They want to hear what you think about the ICP’s vision, goals, and commitments which are included in the ICP strategy. You can tell them what you think by completing this 10-minute survey. Anyone can do this before 25 November 2022. All feedback will be treated in strictest confidence, and they do not require any personal information that will identify you.
